how do you prevent those pvc pipes from getting clogged? interior basement waterproofers like to show pics of those things clogged with it's own screen and filled with dirt.
@dogfan4lyfe Yes, depending on the clog and type of drain tile you might be able to use a simple garden hose with a pointed spray nozzle or you can rent a commercial router with different heads. Be careful, the black corrugated plastic tile can rip easily.

12" of clean 1 1/2" gravel over the tile and then a straw mat, then tamped backfill

@1beinki Is there a way to clear it out if somehow it does get clogged? Would a router or something clean it out?
