If you like the songs with Steve, definitely check out their videos, and hopefully, their albums before Steve Martin. Contemporary Bluegrass doesn't get any better.

He picked up the banjo as a way to add to his stand-up act. He wanted to have more of a "show" than simply be a stand-up comedian. He has an album out called The Crow: New Songs for the Five-String Banjo.
