The architectural design of these two towers is just phenomenal, I fell in love with it at first sight. Nothing like it has ever been seen anywhere in the Toronto skyline. In addition, the Sheppard and Yonge area is really awesome. And it is really close to Fairview Mall... One of, if not the best mall on the Eastern half of Toronto. (Great movie theatres in that mall)
I cant wait to see rhis project finished.. (Hopefully on a regular basis, from inside.)
This condo wont be available before 2011. A little background on BAZIS, they were the developers of the much-hyped "1 Bloor" which they went into default and ended up selling it to Great Gulf Group--
On this project -- they started marketing it way too early in their approval process; im not too sure on how sales are on this project but I wouldn't expect to see this up until late 2012 or 2013

I m moving to Toronto soon , And I have to move in one the condo ASAP, i hope it will available before 2011 ... dat just beautiful
