Seriously it's pretty funny. This game is really logical and interesting. The problem is, it's probablt all true and... unfortunately, the actual Video Games (Halo 3, Rainbow Six: Vegas, Splinter Cell, Gears of War, etc) aren't even following the rules of the "Laws of Fun". This has a huge impact on the core gameplays, the controls, level design, giving a repetitive game, a bad game, a frustrating game, etc.
This sounds pretty friggin' interesting. I never thought about the basic properties that games have like the "Get to the other side" games and "Visit every location" games. It makes me want to go through my own library of games and see what I can figure out on my own.
Thanks Gamejew. Im gonna buy this book :)
