Actually, I rounded up the 5% figure. The true figure is actually around 4%! Meaning that 96% of the Universe comprises of 'stuff' that we have no idea what it is (other than calling it 'Dark Energy' (74%) and 'Dark Matter' (22%)).

How did you come to that estimate? I am curious. I take a more kemetic approach when it comes to under/overstanding the universe. From the 100% 10% had to retract upon itself in order to create all that it. In a way, it's life living in the mind of god - if I may put it so.... please don't think religion when I say God. Yes, I agree, there is a known and unknown universe. I think that taking a closer look into who we are as a being will reveal more about the universe than any telescope
