omg... correct me if I'm wrong... But does Alex have a combo loop with his ultra? Ryu couldn't even move after Alex connected his first ultra... and Ryu had about 75%+ health left. lol

I think (unless my eyes are playing tricks on me) Ryu got dizzy after the 1st combo string. Can see some yellow stars over his head...I'v never played the game yet to tell for sure

Your assumptions are correct. Just like you saw, Ryu was stunned after receiving Alex's stun gun head butt (same as SF3), hence the name. It's easily chained and is a 100% if you have enough bar thus a perfect choice for instant comebacks and overall easy wins. Best nub strategy for that is to pick a partner with high attack speed (Chun-li) to build bar fast then let loose with Alex.

yeah it has to be an infinite. but there is a small chance it isnt, because if you look carefully Ryu had bird above his head for a quick second, so that may of stopped him from blocking or it didnt matter whether he was dizzy or not.

alex is good, you can break cheap combos with the mega crush and before you start a match, lower the handicap if the power is too strong

really? I thought the red only meant like if you switch characters, they only can heal up to the red, it didnt have to do with damage.

If anything, Ryu is broken, as he killed Chun-li in a single combo having only been onscreen for 10 seconds. Not to mention she had 70% health left.

Ryu loses because his strategies are predictable, all Ryu/Ken players think the same. Why else would they pick the DEFAULT character? They're unoriginal, they don't think outside the box.

Ryu could have easily saved himself with a megacrash as Alex was prepping his 2nd Super.

But no, the only thing on Ryu's mind was "HADOUKEN SHORYUKEN HADOUKEN"

lmfao how is Alex broken? If anything the odds were against his favor, he took the beating so he could build his super meter and unleashed it all on Ryu when he wasn't expecting it. That's called strategy, you can't even argue that Alex is broken because he has an obscene amount of weaknesses, he can't double jump, he's slow, he has no projectiles, and poor combo ability, those grabs are his only real ace in the hole.

I think so... I saw a video of Justin Wong playing it and he gets specialed by Ryu you can hear a sound effect while he's getting hit which I think it's him parrying the special. And afterwards it says "Yes" or something like that.

It could not be MORE different. There are FOUR buttons: Light Attack, Medium Attack, Hard Attack, and Assist. I would go into how that works, but that would take a LONG time to explain...

Nothing yet on a US release,but it's supposedly going to come out in arcades and the Wii(Not 100% confirmed yet.)
