I happend to see this film when I was seven.Even to a little child,the ending was so sad. I went to Watreloo Bridge in London 13 years later. One of my favorite films.
It's sad how movies these days will never ever be like the good o movies back in the days.movies these days are stupid and have a ridiculous plot..

Such a tragic beautiful film--the camera loves Leigh. Like all great actors she acts with her eyes and body. The perfect weeper.
