@cripoutloc ummm the Q was made as a sound Quality driver, hence the name of it. high Mms, high qts, higher Vas, low fs..... The BTL should hit harder because that is what it is made to do. I use Fi myself, I was just stating that it makes no sense to bash the same brand... The SMD was made to be optimized in smaller boxes without causing inductance peaks for a smoother response, all while maintaing SPL. If you know what you are doing, it should be as loud as a BTL in the right install

Just remember if your running lets say over 2500rms ,, more power=smaller box, and vice versa ,, less power=bigger box .... it's a balance without that balance you might just damage something ,.. as for specifics on how many cubes, port etc etc,.. every car cabin is different that part is to be determined by the installer ,...and also you do NOT go out and get yourself a box u have to build one from scratch ....

WIDTH 35.50", HEIGHT 16", DEPTH 28" .... those are the total external measurements .. .. i am running 4300rms to my one 18"btl ,. and the btl gets fucking ridiculous at that wattage ..lol.....
