I really like the way he has a glowing wound on his face just like Ganondorf has the glowing wound in his chest in Twilight Princess. One walks with wounds made by the Goddess herself, the other carries the mark of a failed execution by the ancient Sages.

@gildrop What makes him interesting is the buildup as the game progressed, the fact that it;s revealed that in a time before humans, the gods fought Demise and his demons a la God of War, and the fact that this one, ultimate incarnation of concentrated demonic evil is the reason for all of the evil that Link faces in later games.

If you don't find that interesting, you obviously don't know enough about the series or maybe even this one game to judge whether or not Demise is interesting.

This boss was kinda fun but it wasn't near as epic as OoT, there was no build up whatsoever, they didnt mention Demises same until late in the game! And it was easy as hell. Fun though

@bballleen13 although not as epic as the final boss in OOT (the best final boss ever imo) this boss is certainly a lot more difficult than ganon. there is nothing difficult about rolling through ganon's legs then hitting his tail.

@33LB True, but also there was Ganondorf (who I guess you can consider, in boss stage wise, to be Ghirahim in relation), who was a lot harder than Demise. Demise was pretty easy, shield bash and you cant lose, and then the lightning part is easy too.

Your right though, Ganon is the most epic :D

I have a question though: Is there a certain rule for charging your blade? What I KINDA noticed is that the only chance to charge your blade is when lightning is about to strike...is that true? Someone please tell me.

Cool how Takashi Nagasako did Demise's voice. Nagasako-san also did Ganondorf's voice in Ocarina of Time and Wind Waker, further connecting the fact that Ganondorf is Demise's reincarnation.

When I tried to use the Skyward Strike nothing happened, so I thought it didn't work.. So I had to beat him by blocking with my shield a few times in a row, then hitting him ONCE when I had the chance before my sword made contact with his powered up. :/

Skyward Sword is the predecessor of every other Zelda game out there. Just because there wasn't a "Master Sword" in a game, dosen't mean it didn't exist. It just wasn't used, or was shown in a different form.

Definitely a more fitting final sword fight than the one in Twilight Princess. But that's just my own opinion. All the fights posted here seem rather short, but the fight looks intense for those few minutes.

Really killed the climatic nature of the fight when you just did the same combo again and again and again as soon as the fight started. Total letdown. Next time try and make the fight a little more cinematic, it goes a long way towards making the video entertaining.
