thanks for posting this music. this was one of the songs we sang when we had a singing group called "shilalagh" with dina aranda,(if you still remember her of the aranda family) rose calderon, cornelle cervantes, suki asuncion, monette bautista, grace abella, lelet antonio, emma cayco,)
Oh i love this beautiful song sooooo much !! Brings back so many happy and sad memories as well.... Thank you so much for sharing.... Take care and Godbless ! ♥
Thank you for posting this song It bring back the memory of my dad and mom. This is the song that I kept in my mind when I left Manila to work abroad it was a very sad moment. Thank you.
Very nostalgic...reminds me of my UST days (BS Chemistry, Class 1975)...one of the songs rendered in a songfest (PACS Awitan 1974) held in PWU. Very sadly, those days are gone for good...
reminds me of singer-friend with whom i sang this song, me singing the harmony or second voice. first time she knew i could sing harmony as well. may she rest in peace. and hey people, think about the lyrics. we'd all be happpier in love, promise.
Reminds me of our singing group way back in San juan mm when we got together every christmas and went caroling for the cause of poor kids. We had a very talented group, some of them had a name in showbiz.
It never ceases to amaze me what I find on YouTube! I have not heard this song in over 30 years, yet as soon as the song started, I remembered the lyrics. I've always loved this song, thanks for bringing it back into my life.
Thank you SO MUCH. I have been looking for this song ever since I first heard it on the radio (some time in the late 60s or early 70s). Everybody told me I was nuts, that there was no such thing as Brazil '77. I found out a couple of years ago that they only released a demo album and it was never available for public sale. I managed to get a copy on ebay but do not have a turntable yet.
I can't stop playing it...It's my all time favorite!!!!
brings back the 70s era!!!
