Now the actual reason this murder investigation is going on is because of the other deaths that occur in the game, thats why the FBI man was there, (He was an adult BTW.) and now for Shrimp Baby, i'm guessing that it's an animal possibly a snake, then there's Jack, Jack is another one of Mikes personalitys, this "Jack" took over Mikes mind and killed half of the town. Rita gets word that Mike went to prison after killing multiple people, she kills herself in a fit of sadness and depression.

Dark World items that were used in the real world, they were actually other items that Mike pictured in his head as DW items, i'm also going to take a wild guess and say Rita wasn't actually killed, instead she moved away which depressed Mike into believing this Dark World nonesense, so he made up her death (The pot where Rita's head appeared? that was actually Rita on the phone talking to MIke, she was telling him how much fun her new home is and Mike heard it as he had to stop the Behemoth.)

I have a theory about the storyline, most of this NEVER actually happened.

You see, there's a perfectly logical and simple explanation for all this, Mike Dawson is actually a child, think about it, noone who is sane could conjure up a story like this unless they were a child or believed themselves to be a child, so ergo Mike is nothing but a child who watches too much TV and decided to play detective, all the other characters are kids too, except for the characters in the circus.as for the-
