Ok to finish things up this is what I think: I agree to shoot the hostage taker as look it is a non lethal shot provided it can disable his aggressive/ violent capabilities (eg. shooting etc.) Use of tranquilizer would be a very brilliant idea but unfortunately I think our SWAT (Sorry We Aren't Trained) don't have that kind of armament. And the human rights thing... please leave it be. You cannot possibly understand that because you don't know how things run in our country. Anyway that's all ;D

@macanhitam you're probably right, Mendoza (RIP) was just teaching ching chang chongs on population contol, he probably said there's way too many ching chang chongs in the world, so taking out a few will do the world a favor, less unattractive people with big teeth but small eyes and less incompetent drivers and less people who don't know how to smile (and always looking constipated).
