The question now is, what's causing the bottom temp. of the ocean to rise and kill large amounts of saltwater life? What's causing the increase in earthquakes? If global warming retards want to float the idea that even if their is no global warming, that this is still a justified "Precautionary Measure" then does that mean I can do the same, under what I consider as a 'Precautionary Measure"?
