His comparison of an incident in 1986 involving someone who held up Manila Hotel and no Martial Law declared but the severity of crime committed in Maguindanao is not comparable to an incident of holding up a hotel.
The Law professor needs to go back to school. He is a charlatan. No lawless violence. Wanton killing of unarmed civilians/people and disposing their remains is not violence? That Professor is laughable.
Bah humbug, "public safety is not endangered" The Constitution Professor is missing something. On Nov 23, 2009 a convoy of innocent civilians are on their way to the Comelec Office, they were ambushed and ultimately killed. And he got the audacity to say, "that public safety is not endangered?
Come now, you are making us sick. So the killing and murders of innocent people does not qualify as endangerement of public safety?
