i've been trying forever to do harmonics on my acoustic and i can't for the life of me get them to resonate. Like, i know i'm hitting the string right, but the sound doesn't last. any tips? Maybe the type of string has has something to do with it?

@insanerandom very cool! and recording equipment isn't too much money these days, I recommend trying it out. It can be a lot of fun. And that decision is really up to you, they both have separate benefits and sounds. Try them both out at a local store and see which one you like better

Pretty much learnt the first 2 minutes by ear, the stretch 1.02 is so hard, you seem to do it with such ease, is the spacing between frets different on nylons and steel
