Its amazing because he is so high that he couldnt dunk it so he threw it in which is even more amazing cause its so hard to throw a ball in while your head is over the friggin rim. For you people who dont like the dunk,try it yourself.Lets just see where that takes you...

I think what got people going, as well as the throwing down aspect, is where he gets the initial bounce from, if you check, it looks like he bounces it from the scoreboard, which draws an "oh my goodness", before he even dunks...

Google define Dunk or Slam Dunk and you will see that that does qualify as a dunk. Hell the referees watched it in slow motion enough, I'm pretty sure if it wasn't a dunk they would have called it.

That was not a dunk. You have to touch the rim with your fingers. He threw it in the basketball, you could argue that it takes skill to do, but it is obvious that he was going for a dunk and he accidentally threw it in.

a dunk is defined as throwing the ball down into the rim...thats what it essentially is and to me this is more impressive than a regular dunk

i understand what yur sayin but he was going for a dunk but when he was coming down he knew he was guna be just a little-little bit short of the rim so he just threw it in, which is still insane since he was so high above the rim that he culd actually throw the ball in

no its a dunk in a game. its a dunk anytime. if ur sooo high above the rim, that you can see into the hoop and then throw it in....its a dunk...u go try that at your house (the throwing it in part) you'll see how difficult that is...
