Some of there twins were raised in the same home, on faternal twin being homosexual and the other not. Prop 8 wether you disagree with gay marriage or not in not constitutional, plain and simple. Marriage in more than one state in the US now is defined as a right given to two consenting adults, despite gender or race. No state can make a law against this right; such is expressed in the constitution. It will be overturned eventually because the constitution is on our side in three major ways.

Actually if you did a little research you would know that there have been several studies of twin feternal and identical proving that homosexuality is genetic. Some of there twins were raised in the same home, on faternal twin being homosexual and the other not. While there are also sets of identical twins raised in different homes where both twins were gay. This shows that homosexuality is genetic and not environmental or a choice. Do some research jackass.

People who go out and party on the streets (or at least thats what it looked like) under the excuse of a protest and cause half the city to go into gridlock right at rush hour: that is inconvenient, especially in a city where there is most tolerance for gay marriage. The San Francisco protest was more symbolic, peaceful, organized and meaningful. It carried a message. Partying on the streets and getting drunk..NOT.

Per KNX 1070AM news tonight, Prop 8 may be invalidated as early as next week! A radical change to the State Constitution cannot be made by a simple majority of the voters. It is now being said that legally the initiative should have never even been on the ballot. So the discriminators, bigots, and Mormons caused $140 million to be wasted for nothing. Just because I don't agree with that behavior, doesn't mean that I hate the person for doing it. Christians are commanded to "hate the SIN", but "LOVE the sinner". If you truly love someone, you tell them when they are wrong, you don't push them into behaviors that are perverse, just for the sake of not offending them. That's not love; its cowardliness.

Prop 8 wether you disagree with gay marriage or not in not constitutional, plain and simple. Marriage in more than one state in the US now is defined as a right given to two consenting adults, despite gender or race. No state can make a law against this right; such is expressed in the constitution. It will be overturned eventually because the constitution is on our side in three major ways.
