The one thing I hate about Asian cuisine (not just Japanese) is when they serve animals that are still alive.

It's an old mentality that animals either aren't really alive (they're living machines) or that they can't feel pain.

I don't care if it no longer has a head when they serve it (sometimes, it still does, btw), it's the idea behind it that's revolting.
