  • thanks for showing me how to do it.

    u are awsome

    keep on working!!!

  • i have always taken all the strings off,ive never had a problem with the neck on either acoustic or electrics, but i know alot of people that doit this way and ppk that do it one at a time,so i guess to each their own.

  • damn when i was more of a beginner i screwed up 2 sets of ernie ball lol :(

  • are u so lazy

you tune your guitar with some led pipe, everyone does it by himself

  • idk about this one billy

  • too helpful, thanks : )

  • what did he use the tuning fork for?

  • well, as the name says, it's a TUNING fork. he didn't use it though. so the real question would be why was is there in the first place. ;-)

  • which was what my question was reffering too lol

  • @pacovl46 tuning the guitar

  • @mean0machine0 tuning the guitar :-)

  • .........thanks, i knew that but in this day and age why didnt you just grab an electronic tuner?

  • well, that was my first thought, too, but he never used it because all of a sudden it was like u gotta wait 24 hours before u tune it so the strings can stretch.

  • I was told by a guitar tech to never take all the strings off a guitar at once, but instead to do each one individually or else the neck will warp due to the lack of tension. Is this true?

  • Your neck will not warp, but you may have to adjust the truss rod on some guitars after you change the string. You will NEVER want to take all of them off with a floating trem if you do not block it first.

  • i did mine like so different, omg it took me for ever but it was worth it and looks great

  • next you should do how to properly set up a floyd... ^^ just a thought xD

  • Yeah, @ 3:20

I did that once... I now never snip the excess of string off :-\

  • i dont really wait 24hrs instead, i pull upward on the string around the middle of the body.

  • the link on tuning the guitar is the same like as this video

  • @gnr4ever7 oooops! ok i'll check that

  • I love you bob <3 My e string broke today, so I decided to restring it myself.

  • I have found that 2 or 3 wraps around are not enougjh.

  • D : u need a HD camera I just think

  • @AxlG11 agreed!

  • he does give the video time to process

  • thats good =D
