Can this work on a PSP 1,00(1), with a Sandisk 2gb MS pro duo? I read what you posted saying that in some cases it didn't work but I wanted to know if it was possible to find out if it worked properly before commencing with the whole process and in the end having inconclusive results. My cousin bricked mine yesterday after deleting everything that was on the psp including flash0. It's currently fully bricked. Please respond as soon as possible. Thanks in advance :)

Hello...I recently bricked my psp...flash0 was deleted...I make the magic memory stick the old way using Disk Utility to unmount my card (I have to use a card reader) Everyhing seems to work fine but when i put my MMS in with my pandora, the screen turns on but is black...then the MS Indicator blinks like 3 times and that is it...Any Ideas? Also...the app dosent work through the card reader at all so im kinda stuck

@Neeko2014 Did you copy over the MMS files to your memory stick? If yes, is your memory stick a memory stick duo or a memory stick pro duo? (From what I've read, it won't work with pro duo's and in some cases SanDisk memory sticks.) If you do have a pro duo that's not a SanDisk, try formatting it in Disk Utility using the MS-DOS (FAT) option.

@mantiipede If this happens, open up Disk Utility, find your PSP, right click it and choose Eject. Unplug your PSP and plug it back in. After that just select your PSP in the window.

@ThaDRK82 Yes, it will put custom firmware on your PSP. Then you get to use homebrew, play ISOs and CSOs, and use plugins :D

@zainabubu you don't need to charge your battery to 78%. Just stick it in while holding "L" without the charger plugged into the PSP, then plug in the charger once the menu appears.

please help needed here. when i click "click me first", it says that cleanmymac is blocking the "unmounting" then i delete cleanmymac app on my mac. after that it's fine then after unmount my psp, there's another error that says the drive can't be read. and there's no drive for my psp disk. what should i do now?

hello, I followed the video to a T, and I hopefully now have a magic memory stick. Now my issue is with the Tool Pandora Battery I have. (side history - I hacked my psp 2 years ago, kept the battery, never used since then. mistakenly downloaded 5.5ofw yesterday, now I'm trying fervently to correct my error)

Back to the problem, I can't seem to get the battery to charge up to the 78%. I tried having the ac adapter plugged in while pressing on "L", but nothing happened. Do know of a solution?

Nevermind. It turns out my Memory Stick was 8GB. Went out and bought a lil 2GB on from WalMart and everything worked perfectly! Thanks a million! Finally someone who does something good for the Mac! LOL

I can download the app, I select the PSP disk, I click "Click Me First!", but when I click Create Magic Memory Stick, I can't select my root folder because my Mem Stick isn't visible. I see it mounted in Disk Utility, but it isn't visible in my Finder.

@drirelan Depending on the settings you chose, you need to hold down the L button or the R button. (Most likely the L button)

@bxvitor PSP 3001's cannot be hacked at the moment. If you really want to run some homebrew, check out the Patapon 2 exploit. (You can find it on YouTube by searching Half Byte Loader)
