I usually love failblog, but THIS is just not funny.

I watched this happen to one of my teammates on this exact dive. It's not funny when you've watched it happen, when you see the blood in the pool, and you have to pull your semi-conscious teammate out of the water. This isn't a blooper. This is a dangerous sports accident.
