I did not much about Annie and John life together but I liked Annie the best. I know that he loved her very much. They tried to have kids for awhile but could not so they apoted .They looked like they were happy with that. John again and they had a girl.

Annie Denver is a remarkable women. Always has been. One need only have seen the interview after his tragic death when the interviewer was pressing her about pilot error. She stopped him dead in his tracks with her response by saying I'm not going to discuss that with you. PERIOD. End of interview. Classy lady.

Now the other later wife... pure trash, an opportunist, in every way. No talent, trash.

Annie was the love of his life.

This may be one of the crappiest movies ever. Filled with numerous inaccuracies. Even John's brother hated it.

It was a fairly good movie - although there were MANY mistakes where the producers/writers simply guessed - and guessed wrong!!! And a few sequeces were completely NOT accurate!! Annies song was written in about 5 minutes after an argument - and Denver said MANY TIMES that he wrote the entire song in under 5 minutes - on a ski lift!!!

@phillyguy672 - YES - that is Khristine Davis!! She also has a bit part in the movie "Nine Months" with Hugh Grant and Jeff Goldblum - sh is at the tennis courts!!! And she is like Annie Denver - HOT!!!

Chad Lowe is disgusting!! Not only is he the worst actor on the planet, I remember him making fun of John Denver on a talk show while promoting the movie!! How did he ever get this part? His lip syncing is brutal!! The movie was brutal!! Please, can some producer out there give John Denver the credit he deserves and re-make this movie on his life story. I hope Chad Lowe never ever works as an actor again although he did fool the producers now didn't he! /-}

@gilbertrr I agree that Chad Lowe's acting and lip-synching was bad in this. The creepy JD wig didn't help and he ended up looking too much like Dana Carvey in some of the close ups which took alot of the seriousness out of the clip. I never saw the rest of the movie tho, so I am only going by this short clip.

i think this is a beautiful song and video when my boyfriend who is only 17 i am 18 and when he hurts my feelings he alway's sings this song and we make up from our fights its a magical song every time i hear it he sings it when we fight but after hearing the song we get along and it's like magic just like i said earlier we stop fighting :)

I disliked this clip NOT cause of JD...but this was a bad movie of his life...really folks did they not talk to his friends, family or fans about him? and chad lowe? what a poor choice to play denver!

To bad a better script and another actor besides Chad Lowe wasn't used, maybe/hopefully some day a remake will be done.
