well there are a few factors here,

guitar skills- not really any competition from these kids

musical creativity and presentation talent, of course hendrix is better

these kids are mearly singing a song they were coached to

not very creative, but dont disregard the quality of the voices and their ability to harmonize, especially for their age. as far as how many people see something, a lot of good talent goes unnoticed.

these kids can sing well, thats all this video demonstates.

I was at woodstock and standing right behind him on the stage, and yes he did a now famous rendition of the anthem for what it was at the time.
