  • Haha this is a goos reviewer

  • Im glad the british are back.

  • I've decided to buy a new rckt3 roadster. But last time on my vt1100 I loaded the bike up with Givi luggage, which I realised after a while was cumbersome and screwed up the handling. This time I'll go for a trailer. Now; I know what you're thinking. But look at it; less weight over the rear axle, carry lots more, can detach it at the campsite and ride naked (the bike). Don't have to worry about climbing long steep hills because of the sheer power which the VT doesn't have. Car tyre anyone?

  • cool sweet

  • I've seen one of those today; the owner was a nice bloke and I had a bit of a chat with him about it. He started it up and it made as much noise during idle as a Harley would on the road. Then he throttled it just a little bit and I was lucky enough not to get a heart attack.

  • ... and it just sounded ever so slightly softer as he revved it up and went off.

  • car engine on a bike

  • Why can't other bikes have reviews like this? This like bike version Top Gear...

  • How many miles per gallon anyone? I don't see it in the website

  • @tjtoral 32-33 mpg religiously when combining city and highway riding. On a dedicated 1800 mile ride with negligible city riding, I averaged about 44mpg, travelling a little north of the speed limits. Fantastic for the long haul!

  • Is this bike reliable? I am interested in it but I am not sure how good it is. I am a tall guy "6.3" and the rocket roadster is the only cruiser that fits me very well.

  • Owned one, and just like the Thruxton, that I also was foolish enough to buy, its a total piece of engineering crap. It lived in the shop........

  • @knght1216

I have one, you either don't know how to take care of a bike or you got a lemon. Triumph Rocket lemons are rare so the odds are...

  • His specs are wrong, if thats the touring then its been dropped from 140bhp to around 108bhp but they've upped the torque to accomadate for the weight.

  • You're a moron... they didn't drop or change anything on the 2008, they changed it for 2009... his specs aren't wrong. Learn how to read and listen.

  • Only, I wish you could speak more clearly, the way English is spoken, rather than overtly enunciating. :-)

  • Gr8 demo!!! So many of the others are guys with little camcorders. This really gives you a feel of the bike and a great review.

  • awsome al and well in good filming fiona!!!

  • Gr8 vid Fiona & Al. Look 4wd 2 nx1!!!
