This is a real good way to straighten your Abs internally. i suggest by starting out doing these with a 5lbs exercise ball for beginners, then on to a 10lbs. Once your Abs are in good support then try it out with a bum-bell. this exercise really is great for taken a hit or knee to the abdomen.

It really made my abs stronger, as it does teach tension even if the hard way. Another 'fun' exercise would be lifting a dumbbell between your feet and see how long can you keep holding the contraction while someone pounds your abs.
