@fathersaturn I totally agree with your comment. Who cares if Koz is gay? Does it affect him playing music? No, it doesn't. He's one of the greatest saxophone players today and you guys shouldn't care if he's gay or straight
Never woulda knew he was Danish. But then again, who can distinguish nationality through a saxophone? Lol.
It's interesting that Dave Koz interviewed him, because that's the jazz saxophonist Michael Lington is the closest to sound-wise, in my estimation. I wonder if they've ever done anything together. They should.
u must read this. once u have started there is no turning back. a little 10 year old girl was raped and murderded in 1945. her body was not found until 1947. then a boy last week read this and did not copy and paste this message. the dead girl appeared in his room haunting him and killed him. if you do not copy and paste this onto 10 vidoes in 30 minutes the dead girl will apear in your room tonight and haunt you and kill you. well you better start to copy
wow that was absolutely amazing, i had to fast forward to the end of the interview lmao, the beautiful duet at the end made up for all the jibber jabber
I won tickets to a jazz concert along with tickets to disneyland and I was surprised to hear michael lington I fell in love with him and his sexy style
Just totally awesome "You've Got A Friend" version...by obviously friends...and a beautiful success story...Love Frequency for the "rest of the story". Thank you Dave Koz for the tunes especially, Frequency, and YouTube for some great moments from the past to the very moment one discovers the beautiful connection with us all.....Peace...Mwah!
When Michael played the River Raisin Jazz fest he was playing and it started pouring the rain and the audience did not move...and he kept on playing through it. I was awesome and I have never heard a better sounding player
you can tell that they both have a passion for saxophone and music by their body language when they play, its GREAT! a lot of people just play but not them

Covering Gerry Rafferty's "Baker Street" was a stupid thing to do.
Unless you're going to do something different with an iconic piece, don't touch it at all.
But to cover it EXACTLY as it was recorded (except for a slight background vocal change) is just criminal.
The sax riff in "Baker Street" is probably the most recognized sax in the last fifty years.
To simply blow it out your ass in a wimpy smooth jazz way is atrocious.

this isnt baker street, it's "you've got a friend"
