This one is awesome! I love how you give validation to our supossed "negative" emotion, because like you said, there is no negative on misguided (by our minds) energy or emotion. I'm not a Bible beater lol, but in James 1:2 it says, "Consider it pure joy my brothers whenever you face trials of many kinds...for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.

It would be awesome to sit and talk for hours with you, love it love it love it!!

Beautiful. So let's just say what it is: you cause your own suffering because you interpret your expansion as suffering. When you are seeking for the cause of suffering you are seeking yourself. And when you allow yourself to be the cause your experience becomes ease. And this oscillation from expansion to expansion though ease is eternity in progress
