first you hold R1 to grap him by the neck, then you press X while holding R1 to kneel down while grabbing him. then, you let go of R1 & press R1 again while moving the L3 stick to the side (you have to do it right after you let go R1) and then hold R1 to choke him out...i had a hard time figuring it out too, but it explains it in the briefing too

Well technicaly neither grabbing their nuts nor puking is THAT new to MGS. In MGO, when you played as Raikov, the special move was to grab someones nuts and knock them out :P. And naturally, in MGS3 when you spun Snake around in the medic menu, he pukes when you go back to the game. But everythings cooler when its in MGS4 :D. Can't wait to get it.
