i removed this tuned version a long time ago because i found it pointless and especially it was wrong to tune it without the maker's permission ..
The link for the original bus is still up I think, you gonna have to find that yourself though

simply open with notepad, you don't need another program, there's a tuning guide somewhere in the internet (lol, but this one's not that hard to find)

extract the 6 folders in the ar file
in the tune folder, go to vehicle
there should be one file thats tagged as "VEHCARSIM" go in it and change the horsepower, rpm, stuff

the squeaking noise is the handbrake sound...since this bus has high horsepower and low acceleration, it gets out of control easily
