Diana: Thank you so very much for this video! I made a Christmas stocking and had major issues with short rowing. I ended up doing the heel and toe by hand (on the USM). I sure wish I had watched this video first! I made a slipper using your method and it was so easy! Now I just need to master seam as you go. Apparently, I need to practice that. You (and others) make it appear so logical and easy to do, but I have done it twice with less-than-perfect results!
This slipper is included in my Goldilocks Challenge book, which is all bulky patterns, and includes two different hats, scarves, a shawl, a baby sweater, a bootie, etc. My books are available at my blog, diananatters.blogspot.com.
In the beginning you mentioned to use puff paint or silicone on the bottom of the slipper. I found another great product I use for my child socks. It is Saf-T-Bak rug backing compaund. JoAnn carries it or other craft stores. It doesn't harden up, washable and works well.

Great Project Diana, I love making these. I have to go by your video each time and was wondering if you have a written pattern for this slipper.
