They need to demolish the Imperial Palace and build something worthy to be in the middle of the strip. Rooms are cheap, elevators suck, but the dealertainers are awesome!
One of the few complains that I've ever had about the IP are its slow elevators. And sometimes, the same elevator can be left non-functional for a while. Never had the bad luck of being stuck in one though. Imagine if the elevator was wall-to-wall packed with people. No air circulation, hotter than hell, no room to maneuver. You're just trapped.
