there is no such thing as naturalization in Canada. After 4 years, you can become a canadian citizen I believe. But even if you are an immigrant, I'm sure you can get a visa (my ex did and he wasn't a canadian citizen...but he was a political refugee).

She would have the right to live in Canada but her passport would still be Iranian (I think she's of an Iranian background... correct me if I'm wrong).
