This can't be fake, I've been trying it for a good 2 minutes and I got some kind of a farting sound out. It would take a hell of a lot of pratice to maintain and manipulate the sounds you make though, like tonality and stuff.  I can barely just make fating sounds after 2 minutes, though.

The main sound I get is from the air escaping through the one spot between my fingers, this is demonstrated when I put my hand on my mouth and blow through that spot, after that I blow continuously into my hands and make the extra long note which I can actually do much longer. The final sounds with the wah wah effect is achieved by holding my mouth over the airflow.
