  • Excelent video. I am also a sprouter. But I have a question. Do you eat the hulls of the bean sprouts? I always de-hull. also I didn't know that a person could eat raw bean sprouts. I sprout them all the time, but I do a sir fry.

  • @eliz7212 They are an excellent addition to salads. I get rid of the hulls that wash away during the rinsing, and there don't seem to be all that many left. They are nothing that I notice when eating them. Thanks for your lovely comment! I appreciate it!

  • Fantastic. I wonder what is in the raspberry dressing. Yum. I just made my first batch of mung bean sprouts. The salad looks wonderful in a symmetrical design.

  • I really don't like the bitter tangy taste of radish. Could i substitute it for something else?

  • @aliciaqin1 You can just omit it, or perhaps replace it with sliced purple onion, or shredded carrots--really, any salad vegetable that you like!
