@ericleb01 im sorrry but your wrong there i worked at the olympics as a volunteer and i watched the whole thing unfold everyone on their training run going from near the top there was crashing on that corner thats how dangerous that corner is thats why during the olympics they never let any of the competitors not even bobsleigh start up top trust me i was there i know what happened

I did, however, just read the conclusion to the inquiry on the Georgian crash and indeed, the track difficulty was a factor in his death. Although he made two subsequent errors he should not have made before the final turn, so that's a factor as well.

The women drivers have got just as big a set of 'balls' as the men drivers. They are generally less experienced, they go just a few kph slower and have far wilder rides. VERY scary to watch as a spectator. From speaking to some of the male participants, they have the utmost respect for the women competitors.
