You cant, you can only be yourself. You can command them though with a menu thingy kinda like Jade Empire(don't have it yet so I cant give details)

this guy is obviously mentally challenged, he can barely control his character and he is too scared to even get involved in the combat unless its shotting mindlessly into his own squad in the hope that it might achieve something. This video is incredibly irritating and the player here should seriously consider some professional help with his or her mental agility as well as physical co-ordination.
