Unfortunately, he did not. After a Labor Board hearing found in favor his favor and stipulated that he was to be allowed to return to work with his Service Dog the administration declared that he unable to fully execute his duties and "displaced" him. He was later assigned to another department with in the University of Hawaii. He endured the struggle for accommodation for over 2 1/2 years.

I hope this guy kept his job. His service dog didn't interfere in any way.
