I wanted Julie Pinson to win, but her only real competition was Tamara, who should have won an Emmy for GH. Bree Williamson, although good, is not in the same league, acting-wise, as Julie or Tamara, so I was not surprised to see her lose. Alicia and Melissa also didn't have the material to beat Tamara. I wish there had been a tie between Julie and Tamara.
What is up with them playing the AMC theme at first? What a joke, LOL. And how embarrassing to walk up with no music playing! I was hoping Melissa or Alicia would win....but Tamara was good on Days for the short time she was there ;).
I so wanted Bree to win...I saw the scenes she submitted, the ones at Nash's funeral with Natalie and Jared, and they were amazing, they made me cry...i hope she gets it next year =]

As much as i love tamaura Melissa Claire Egan or Alicia Minchew sooooooo deserved to win!!!!!!! Especially Melissa! She did an amazing job this past year concidering her very emontional scenes she pulled off beautifully. She had to go from beeing a cookie baking sweet heart and Pine Valleys angel mother, to an insane lunatic who was locked up in the nutty bin which would obiously be a VERY difficult transition for any actrss to pull of and melissa manged to do so without a sweat.
Actually, Bree Willamson played Jessica, Tess, and Bess LOL. They should have said that in their intro of her :-)

I wanted so bad for Mellissa to win.I know that someday she will cuz she is just AMAZING.
But i love tamara braun too,i'm happy for her.Just a little desapointed for Melissa and Alicia.
