I dont understand why the fuck people still use those 3d-ish skeletons in the beginning. Cant you fucking draw it just right off the bat? How lame are you? It takes you 20x times more to do even just one picture that should take 2 minutes tops.
Drawing incredible works of art doesn't happen overnight, pal. Real Art takes years of concentrated practicing and skill development! Any moron can get in there and draw a stick-figure or a few square blocks together, but it takes a long time to get any better than that, depending on the person.
You're asking the wrong person for recoloring and drawing hands for that matter but for drawing hands I would suggest maybe looking at Tutorials from Deviantart if you havent done so yet

Some People can draw right off the bat and Some people can't, and it helps when you're doing certain Poses and perspectives

Without setting up those 3-D skeletons, it would look flat and misshapen.
The facial features would end up misplaced if there was no sort of direction.
So we CAN'T just draw right off the bat.
