Yes they are. Their feet are strapped on a small platform that's just big enough for both feet to fit on. they're not strapped together per se... but are strapped down to the platform side by side and they are unable to move their feet.
brandi rocks. she's awesome. I love that yodle/crack/stop the first time she sings "bring me/down" it's freakin awesome and shows control. yes flat here and there but you try singing it with your feet strapped together 25 feet in the air with wind blowing in your face and 100's of lights on you!!!

I love how she took everything up but its pretty obvious that someone screwed this up by changing the ending she already had.
