I set my keyboard to Strings. If you have a keyboard like mine, you may have multiple string setting. So you can just test with them to see which one sounds better.

Not at all, it takes a lot of work to get to the point where you can easily pick up songs. Before I started lessons, I would have given up very soon if I attempted to play this song. Some people also find sheet music far easier to learn from; unfortunately, I don't have any for this song.

Ah, but the thing is, a lot of people find it much easier to remember the patterns if they know the notes, I know that I personally like this method better. However, from numerous comments such as yours I've learned that there's a lot of people who, like you, just want to see it done slowly. Any future tutorials will have both (saying the keys as they are played and then slow mo without my annoying voice over ;-) ).

Yeah, I've been told many times I need to slow these down...any future tutorials will go slower. Also, I now have a stand. With the piano and my voice at more equal distances from the camera, that should fix the issue of my voice being so much louder then the music.
