It has to do with which voice harmonizes the best with everyones, and whose gets drowned out too much for them to lead. Beys voice is the most suitable because its lowest and deepest. Imagine Celine leading this song, it would mean that all the others would have to sing in a higher pitch and itd be too much strain.
