Well, the best thing is that many of the racist ideas associated with the Nazis (Social Darwinism, Eugenics, the concept of racial purity and a 'Master Race' and so on) were all ideas invented in, and propagated by, Victorian England, and such ideals were still popular in the 1930's! I'm 18 but I always sort of enjoyed the older music. It just had more class to me. It wans't all about loud ear popping screaming or profanity, it was about just having a great voice and a nice song to go along with it. Stuff like Frank Sinatra and this is much better than today's stuff I think.

Do to the suffering of the people, they were willing to listen to anyone that could propose a plan that would benefit the German people as a whole (including German Jews and Gypsies). And they tried, I say that again tried, in the '44 when they see they could not win the war with Moustache Man. And only thing was to eliminate him, not the nazis. NSDAP won DEMOCRATICLY (sorry for the caps but it is crucial). They had 30% votes in '33, and I think it would be around 80% in 1940. Do not sell this kind of propaganda around would you ?

I never imply that Hitler was insane, he could be just slightly paranoiac. Less that 20% ? I disagree, people could see that there were Jews and they steadily but slowly disappeared. The Aryan decrees were clear - Jews = no laws, not human. Plus the actions in which the disabled, mentally unstable etc. were killed was not a totally covert ops. If we state that it was around 20 % of Germans who knew, this is not a small number around 16 mln of 1939 Germany. Still no resistance.
