Indian villages need more internet and online classes. Dont worry about telugu, dont worry about castes just work hard.
Thanks for your suggestions. First of all some basic necessities should be provided to the villagers. I think these common, minimum needs are sufficient for the people to sustain them selves. There is no specific need for need Hi-fi, Wifi internet connection. There is a need to establish basic facilities like transport, health, Education, water management etc,. then villagers will show what they are. Some agricultural universities etc.,

@Success - you are so right, but english has become a huge hinderance for it to reach out to masses. Cell phone and TV (that speak local languages are hit). We need systems (judicial and legislative) and Computing that speak people language like in Malaysia and china
Food processing is an area where most farmers can be trained. In 2001 BJP govt was offering grants to people interested in food processing, however guys like Haldirams and others made a huge benefit out of it.
And finally...every village is capable of producing its own gas, taking care of water and distrubution of electricity.

Forget about doing good for them - start a food processing plant. Most people in villages really know better about food materials, longetivity, protection and if trained can easily handle. you must be lying to your self if you say India village system was self sufficient...socially and economically people were suffering, the feudal and caste system is a curse to any society, the village lords were sucking the blood....why do you think Naxalites were there.......
the biggest problem there was education and their ability to market their product as per the relevance. Hand products globally are in demand today...but they have to be fashionable and relevant.

You can go on dreming or have those nostalgic thoughts that past was great..but reality is it wont work. To my knowledge, even in pre-1990 period, there was hell lot of mal-nutrition, short of clothing above all the bloody casteist social structure. I have no complains today and think what is happening is good.

Ok, I got your intention. Its good to be peaceful thinking everything is going for good. My thought is for you to recognize the things he mentioned in the song where he clearly mentioned the self sufficiency of our Indian village system which is broken.

I just wanted to let you know, that Indian villages are not self sufficient. People are dying without water and enough resources for them to live day to day life. I don't know if you ever went to India recently but the lakes, rivers are all dried up.

It is really very bad for all our Telanganites.
One day, KCR says he is all set for alliance with the Congress, since congress has almost decided to grant Telangana.
After Veerappa Moily and YSR made it very clear that there is no possibility of moving any Bill in Parliament and the Congress was not yet decided on the issue, KCR changed his mind and said the TRS-TD-Left alliance would be a very good combination. Next day, he said the BJP was the only party which was committed to give Telangana.
