absolutely ludicrous! Girs and boys do this all the time. This student is having his civil liberties infringed upon.
Also, if it was a girl who did this to a boy, I have no doubt that NOBODY would care. And if a boy tried to get the girl arrested for "harassment" he would be laughed out of the room.

It wasn't cool what he did...he's an asshole...but being one of those has NEVER been against the law! And if you don't think that women judge women like this...you are delusional! They don't ascribe numeric ratings...but they most certainly do not shy away from voicing their opinions!

i mostly agree with cenk on this one, this list is only a big deal cuz everyone made it such a big deal and this kid should be suspended for no more than a week. i think that this guy screwed up his high school life big time cuz now all the girls hate him. also, if somone makes fun of me i dont rly think its a big deal but if that person gets arrested because of it that makes me wonder how serious the sitiuation was and it would probably make me feel worse.

@Bay why exactly should he be suspended? how is sharing opinions with your friends a punishable act? if he merely SAID, i think amy is the hottest, jennifer is 2nd, and mindy is 3rd, etc... would you still think it? of course not. the whining from these girls and those that are unwarrantedly bitching on their behalf is that people found out that people were sharing opinions, because it was written down. he has no less right to write down his opinions and share them then he does to speak them.
