  • Thats great!

  • This is great!

  • Bravo, molto belli i tuoi video e anche il tuo sito.

    Grazie

  • Very nice. I think the screw is a table leg adjuster, anyone have an idea?

  • @deezynar

either that or ready rod sliced and peened, or you could just glue a wood circle onto the end of ready rod???

these are cool?? another choice is cam action take up on the screw head for substitute of no screw rod at all

  • @jws54

I'm thinking table leg adjuster because of the ball & socket swivel, but I'm not sure.

I like the cam operated clamps that you mention too. I favorited a video a few weeks ago on making luthier's clamps. Dig around in my favorites on my channel & you'll find it. I think the fellow who made that video is named Maskery. Great guy, excellent videos!

    All the best to you.

  • @deezynar Here in Houston, we can buy the screw type 1/2" pipe clamp fittings for $1.

the cost is in the pipe. I did find the cam clamp guy, thanks!

When you are busy humping it trying to make the money, the tempo is such that

the fun of this type of work usually is not cost effective. It's like the man with many cows, busting his hump to do as well as the one cow guy.

I like the idea of the sanding machines I have seen made here as well. I am midway in the process of slowing down. now 4 fun

  • @jws54

Are you a professional woodworker? I just play at it occasionally. I have a decently equipped shop for a hobbyist. I don't make much. Honestly, I'm more interested in making jigs & tools than furniture or cabinets! Pretty sick, huh?

Well, enjoy your slower pace amigo.

  • @deezynar Thanks man,

It raised a family of 5. and it was always staying ahead of traffic. My big machines are gone and I have vintage ones now. They put me in a slower feel.

I bet you have a lot of fun with your shop. You sound like a toolmaker.

That's way beyond machinist. You have to know so very much about so many things. I have worked with them before. I was very impressed by the way they approached things. Sounds like you are blessed with that same penchant.

    Be safe, have fun!

  • その構造とかの特許取ってください!! どっかの会社に取られたりするかも・・・><

  • great videos

  • hell his good

  • japanese have really great ideas.

  • very old/historical technics to make clamps

  • I don't know what you are saying but what a great idea. As a woodworking novice I am always looking for ideas like this. Well done for showing this video.
