Great song, however, the Beagle2 version is actually THE original! In the blur-biography Blur: 3862 days, Alex is quoted saying how the original version of Far Out was actually a rocky song, and Damon afterwards turned it into the bongo-quirky version which ended up on Parklife. Much to Alex' s disappointment.
Thanks! I was so impressed when I found the Beagle 2 version, but I thought the original had its own special charm, so I tried to hit the high points of each one...
