Ich hab gerade im Video gesehen dass Markus schon 36 ist also ehrlich er sollte ein Vorbild für alle Kraftsportler sein mit dem Alter so einen Körper zu haben is einfach klasse und nix Steroide!!Ich bin jetzt bei 95kg bei 1.83m und manche fragen mich ob ich anabolika nehme,,absoluter quatsch das liegt in den Genen der Deutschen fette Muckis zu haben wenn sie trainiert werden ;)

er trainniert 2 stunden am tag wobei er auch nicht JEDEN tag trainniert sondern nur 5 oder 6, was auch normal und besser ist, wobei nach einer stunde der cortisol zu sehr steigt das des training kaum noch nützlich ist außer er nimmt cortisol blocker
