    About these exercises...I really think you should bend over more.

    At lest the 1st exercise is a sort of an "upright raw".

  • Got to make sure to get the protein in if I workout my muscle:) I love weight training and I could never give it up!!:)

    I don't think you can tell if I'm really bending in the video, but don't worry, I have the right form;)

  • Hey!Just did the video!! Awesome stuff!! I never realize how wimpy my arms are until I started doing 30DS... this will help big time!!

    Just a little tip to everyone if you don't mind... while doing these exercises make sure to keep your neck relaxed!! It's super easy to tense up while doing this. Look forward and keep your neck relaxed!!
