A team that can win against anyone without their senior players. A team beneath an even stronger team. Most winning clubs has it, but reality is Chelsea dont. This is what hes trying to make and yes, I can see it.

But he shouldnt have done that against Napoli. Its too soon to do it at this stage, but hes got my back as manager.

Mourinho has proved to the world that he can work anywhere and gain sucess. He won the CHAMPIONS LEAGUE with a team like Porto, he made success in the PL with Chelsea, and the most of all, at the time Inter Milan who were underachieving, Mourinho revived them from the grounds to the top as they won the Treble. And now, he has made Real Madrid the only competitor against Barcelona's dominance, for EG Barcelona barely beat Real Madrid in the Super Copa.

Mourinho is the kind of figure which symbolizes the best, he brings entertainment and brilliance in Football.

What i also think is with talented players Guardiola is a proven master of getting extremely individually talent players to co-exsist within a die hard 'everything for the team' set up. However i would rather have Mourinho for my team Sunderland as i believe he could produce better results than Pep with less talented players. Mental Strength = Equal maybe Mourinho edges it

Man Management = Equal

Overall Tactical Knowledge = Guardiola(However i believe Mourinho to be a defensive genius)

Attractiveness of football = Guardiola

Here even the most die hard Madrid fans recognise that what Pep has done is a revolution, he has a general like presence that commands respect & has played every card to perfection so far.
